This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) defines the general principles and procedure for processing of Personal Data.

These Rules are the terms of the adhesion contract for the provision of Internet resource services. At the same time, these rules are not a public contract.

In case of violation of the established rules the Administration of the Internet resource “Infancy Desire” may reject or delete ads posted by users. In this case, users themselves are responsible for violations of the law and the rights of third parties.

Administration of Infancy Desire Internet-resource reserves the right to conclude, not to conclude and to terminate at any time the agreement with any user without explaining the reasons. In case of refusal to conclude the agreement or termination of the agreement on the initiative of the Administration the user is sent an electronic notification to his personal account on the Internet-resource “Infancy Desire”.

Access to Infancy Desire database is carried out on the terms of the License agreement.

These rules apply equally to both free and paid advertisements.

What data we process

You provide us with personal information when:

We record, organize, store, store, correct (update, amend), and retrieve your personal data using databases located in the United States.

We use data processing centers located in the United States to store data.
